First Snowfall at Ravinia Festival

It snowed; It really snowed! Winter is officially here, which means we are one season closer to summer 2012! Mother nature decided to make her much anticipated entrance this year by pouring about six inches of snow over the Chicagoland area, resulting in flight cancellations, traffic delays, mountains to shovel off driveways, and blistering cold weather. The snow also brought a sudden desire for hot chocolate, warm blankets, and good movies on the television. Many of you never get the pleasure of seeing Ravinia in the cold, snowy, winter months, so we hope you enjoy our gift to you to celebrate the first snowfall of the 2011-2012 winter season. Enjoy.
