With public ticket sales starting on May 4, we want to make sure that you are prepared for getting tickets for the concerts you most want to attend. Some preparation prior to purchasing can help to ensure you have the easiest ticket buying experience. View some helpful tips about purchasing tickets below:
Have your account ready: A Ravinia account is required to purchase tickets. Those who do not already have a Ravinia account are advised to create an account before May 4.
Ravinia also advises patrons to verify their personal information, including mailing address and phone number, once they log on.
Be wary of secondary sellers: Ravinia has no affiliation with sites that resell tickets and does not share in their income. No tickets to Ravinia concerts have been released to buyers yet, so be wary of anyone claiming to have our tickets for sale. Make sure you know and trust your source for tickets. Ravinia cannot honor tickets that did not originate from its own ticketing system. Ravinia sells its tickets online, only at Ravinia.org. If that’s not the site you are on, you are not buying tickets from Ravinia.
Delays? Ravinia anticipates the heaviest traffic between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. If there is a wait, please do not log in with multiple devices, as it could cause further delays.
Ticket limits? You may purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per concert, per order.
Discover Reserved Lawn
Back by popular demand! Prime Lawn seating for groups of 2, 4, or 6 people just outside the Pavilion is available in a more focused space this summer. By carefully refining the area to a third of its 2021 size, we’ve ensured that each Premium Lawn Block offers an immersive view of the new permanent video screen at the back of the Pavilion showing the performance onstage. We anticipate the reserved Lawn blocks to sell quickly! For some events, these spaces may be sold out before May 4.
Supporters of our music education and engagement programs and other not-for-profit initiatives receive access to tickets before public sales begin, including Discover Reserved Lawn tickets. Benefits start with a gift of $100, including Lawn ticket ordering on April 29; read about the perks of higher levels of support on the Donor Experience page.
Seat selection and add-ons: You may select reserved seat locations from the day tickets go on sale, or else choose to have the best available seats be selected automatically. Add-ons such as chair rentals may also be included with your ticket purchase, and you may make reservations for Ravinia’s in-park restaurants after completing your order.
