When are tickets on sale?
Tickets for concerts scheduled after August 15 go on sale to the public at 9 a.m. (Central) on July 21, exclusively at Ravinia.org. Check the Ravinia Schedule now to plan your summer of live music.
Have your account ready:
A myRavinia account is required to purchase tickets. If you do not have one, we recommend creating an account before tickets go on sale July 21. Please verify your personal information, such as your email address and phone number, on your account before purchasing tickets.
If you need to change the email on your current account, you can create a new account or contact the box office at tickets@ravinia.org or 847-266-5100 for assistance.
Using the Ravinia Website:
Wait times on the day of sales? Ravinia anticipates the heaviest traffic between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. If there is a wait, please do not log in with multiple devices, as it could cause further delays.
Seat selection and add-ons: Ticket buyers may select their reserved seat locations from the day tickets go on sale, or may choose to have the best available seats be selected automatically.
Plan Ahead: Dining and Chairs: Add-ons such as chair rentals and tables can be added during your ticket purchase, and you can make reservations for Ravinia’s in-park restaurants after completing your order by selecting the “Dining Reservations” option in the login menu.
What does the checkout process look like?
Login to your account with your myRavinia email address and password.
From the calendar, click a concert you are interested in. On the next page, click on one of the seating options, and you will be taken to the online ticketing system where you can select your specific seats on a seating map and compare pricing.
You may purchase up to a maximum of 10 tickets per concert, per order. Remember, everyone needs a ticket, regardless of age.
Select “Digital Tickets” to have your tickets delivered digitally for touchless entry when you arrive at the gate. Barcodes will be available in your myRavinia account at a later date.
Complete and pay for your order. You will receive a detailed order confirmation by email.
New For 2021
Digital tickets: Your tickets for park admission will be delivered digitally directly to your myRavinia account, allowing you to use your phone for touchless entry at our gates (print-at-home tickets are also accepted). More information including instructions.
Where are my tickets? Tickets will be available in your myRavinia account 10 days before the concert date. You will be able to send yourself an email containing your tickets from within your myRavinia account.
Seating/Ticket Options for 2021:
Reserved Pavilion Seating
The open-sided Pavilion returns to full capacity for the second half of Ravinia’s season. Select classical chamber music concerts will instead be performed inside Bennett Gordon Hall.
The Pavilion opens 30 minutes before the event starts, but you can enjoy a picnic on the general admission Lawn or a meal in the Dining Pavilion before taking your seats.
Reserved Lawn Spaces
Reserved, socially distanced spaces on the Discover Premium South Lawn are available for groups of 2, 4, or 6 people. Most spaces offer a view of the performance from a video screen on the back of the Pavilion, brought to you by RBC Wealth Management. Only patrons in this section can get get food delivered by using our new mobile ordering for Ravinia Market. View location on map. View seating chart.
General Admission Lawn Tickets
The classic Ravinia experience! Pick your spot with family and friends on the expansive Lawn, with reduced capacity to allow for distancing between groups of guests, and hear the music live under the stars with the state-of-the-art speaker system. As local health guidelines evolve, capacity may increase while continuing to allow guest spacing. As a reminder, the stage is not visible from most Lawn sections. View locations on map.
